GE Vivid T8 Ultrasound Machine
GE Vivid T8 Ultrasound Machine
Welcome to a Biomedical Battery specialist of the GE Battery
The GE Vivid T8 ultrasound machine is a “hybrid” unit combining the cardiovascular capabilities of GE’s Vivid ultrasound machines, with the general imaging features of GE’s Logiq series. The result is an affordable, rugged ultrasound system that is designed to excel in all modalities.
Ideal for both cardiac and shared services, the Vivid T8 ultrasound with battery like GE MAC 1200ST Battery, GE 10HR4/3AU Battery, GE Datex-Ohmeda S/5 Battery, GE Datex-Ohmeda S/5CAM Battery, GE S/5 Battery, Fukuda FCP-7102 Battery, Fukuda FX-7100 Battery, Fukuda 8PH-4/3A3700-H-J18 Battery, Fukuda FX-4610 Battery, Fukuda FCP-4010 Battery, Fukuda 10N-3000SCR Battery, Edan SE-12 Battery features advanced technologies such as Tissue Velocity Imaging, AutoEF, SmartStress, Tissue Tracking/Tissue Synchronization Imaging, Automated Function Imaging AFI, Strain/Strain Rate Imaging, and Transesophageal echocardiography.
Feature rich with the legacy Vivid software, the GE Vivid T8 uses advanced quantitative tools for enhancing the ultrasound’s cardiac imaging capabilities. For instance, some of the cardiac imaging technologies featured in this ultrasound system include:
Tissue Velocity Imaging for capturing dynamic information from moving heart tissues
AutoEF for automatically assessing left ventricular ejection fraction using speckle-tracking ROI
SmartStress automatically adjusts settings to help streamline workflow
Tissue Tracking and Tissue Synchronization Imaging
With the addition of a TEE ultrasound transducer, you can guide interventional procedures and achieve transesophageal echocardiography.
The GE Vivid T8 ultrasound system optimizes the image viewing experience with its 19-inch LCD monitor and flexible articulated arm, a large 8.4 inch LCD touchscreen, and 4 active transducer ports. The Vivid T8 is also a lightweight system at 128 pounds, allowing for easy mobility no matter the situation.
For the shared services technologies, the General Electric Vivid T8 includes GE’s advanced Logiq-series technologies such as:
AutoIMT for automatic edge detection
B-Flow for advanced spatial and temporal resolution to help assess blood flow and vessel wall structure
Virtual Convex to extend the field of view when using linear transducers
Blood Flow Imaging for enhanced visualization of blood flow dynamics
LogiqView for increasing the field of view when imaging large organs or difficult-to-image patients
Additionally, the GE Vivid T8 ultrasound is built as a “rugged” ultrasound machine and went through extreme dust and vibration testing in order for it to be used in more demanding situations.
Historically, Vivid ultrasounds did not provide much in quality shared-services capabilities. And vice-versa, the Logiq series didn’t provide great cardiac imaging. Some machines performed capable shared-services, but nothing really focused truly on addressing shared services in full. The T8 is designed to address this market with a durable, mobile ultrasound machine.
Shared Services environments often require the machine to be moved to multiple locations. GE placed the Vivid T8 through difficult physical stress testing for vibration, as well as environmental tests in which a large amount of dust was introduced to the environment in which the system was being used.
